The boys have actually started playing with each other. They
fight over toys a lot. They will steal it (usually the remote) back and forth
and get so mad when the other takes it back. Sometimes Bruce thinks it’s a game
and he will bust up laughing. They follow each other everywhere. If one goes in
the kitchen the other will follow. They take turns being the leader.
Bruce- Still SOO chatty- his ‘da-da-da-da-da’ scream could break
glass. 1 bottom tooth, 2 top teeth. Loves to open and close cupboards. Wants everything
you are eating- especially chocolate. Bruce isn’t a fan of busy and loud
places. We took him to a park with tons of kids and he clung to us. White
knuckle-cuddle- grabbing shirt-clung. We loved it. Bruce is really good at shaking his head 'no' when he doesn't like a food. He sort of rolls his eyes and keeps them that way while shaking his head. Bruce swallows things whole.
I think he is a total daddy’s boy.
His 'cheesy' face.
His 'cheesy' face.
Roy- Loves playing with office rolling chair- he pushes
into the kitchen, front room, etc. 2
bottom teeth. Loves to explore and dump out everything in the cupboards. I swear
he knows what ‘no-no’ means. He stops grabbing the computer cords when I say it.
Roy loves baths (unlike his brother). He is drawn to every type of buckle- car
seat, high chair, shoes. He loves swings and climbing everything. Roy takes bites of things and chews. I think he is a total momma’s
boy.

Here they are cheering mommy and daddy on during their half-marathon:
Which we couldn't have done if Lacey hadn't come! She's the one holding Roy. Thank you Lacey- we couldn't have raced it you hadn't driven down and back 6 hours!!! Oh and this is the last you will ever see of Bruce in a helmet!
This half-marathon was the hardest physical thing we both had ever done in our lives. It was death. But neither of us walked and Eric made his goal of under 2 hours and I made my goal of finishing! yay!
They aren’t opposites, I just like to see how they are different. Eric claims they both love him the most. Whatever. They are both always happy and destroying everything they get their hands on. Nothing warms my heart more than seeing them play with each other. They will be in their high chairs next to each other eating and Bruce will stop and look at Roy and touch his face and Roy will laugh. It's to die for.
